Delft Watch Work’s innovation lies in the details.
A closer look at the little trench between the bezel and the case band will reveal thoughtful design. Besides defining the design, it prevents the watch from having any visible damage resulting from servicing.
The interplay between the polished and the brushed parts of this timepiece also highlights our attention to detail and exemplifies our modern style.
Our goal has been to create a dial with depth that creates new experiences from different angles. This quest resulted in the design and construction of three inner dials.
The indexes are projected on top of the brushed ourter ring, rising above the dial.
The third inner dial plays a key role, as it determines the apperance of each timepiece.
The blue dial pays homage to the city where it all started: Delft. The Delft blue color, famous around the world for its pottery, provides an extra special feeling on those sunny days when warm sunshine rays reflect on the dial.
The matt grey version with a brushed dial provides a modest design for the modern man.
The translucent dial, perhaps our most outstanding design, provides a more sport-like feel. The dial has been sandblasted, allowing its owner a window into the watch’s beating heart – it’s caliber.
