We offer a two year warranty from the date of purchase on mechanical damage not caused by the user.
This includes any unforeseen mechanical defects that causes the watch to malfunction. Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by regular wear or accidents.
Complimentary items such as the strap, box, and accessories are not covered by warranty.
Please activate your warranty by contacting Delft Watch Works within 30 days after purchase.

Our watches are constructed to allow for any certified watchmaker to repair and service the watch after the warranty period. In case where a malfunction occurs during the warranty period, please contact Delft Watch Works first before consulting a certified watchmaker.
